Life cycle of your steel structure solution

1. Consultation at the construction site

Our design team, together with the investor, consults detailed information directly at the construction site and remeasures the existing construction of the building.

2. 3D design in Autocad Inventor

After preparing an excellent and precise 3D model, we provide the investor with pictures or 3D pdf visualization of the future construction and discuss together the final requirement in the 3D model phase.

3. 3D design in Autocad Inventor

After finishing 3D model we prepare detailed production documentation and deliver these to our partner, Suntel Steel, who is responsible for the production of the steel construction.

4. Static Calculation

All our constructions are consulted with statical engineer and include static calculation according to Eurocodes.

5. Production

Our partner production Suntel Steel provides welding of the steel construction and on customer’s request, the steel surface can be hot dip galvanized or RAL colour coated.

6. Transport

We take care of a custom clearance and deliver the steel structure across the whole Europe.

7. Assembly of steel structure

Our Coordinators organize everything needed for the installation and our building team completes the installation of the new steel structure until the full satisfaction of the investor.
